Conference and dinner cruise: GBP 290

The price for the whole event includes conference, documentation, coffee breaks and dinner cruise. The no-show fee does not apply to conference participants. VAT is not included in the price. 

Dinner cruise only:
The dinner cruise is free of charge for companies that are customers of Montel or one of the sponsors. Due to place restrictions on the ship, however, we will invoice participants if they exceed a two-person limit from each company. The amount for these extra participants will be invoiced at GBP 120.

Montel is proud to announce a half-day UK energy market conference/seminar followed by an evening networking cruise on the River Thames. On 9 September, the market talk begins at the Marriott Hotel County Hall and continues – more lively and informally – on the Pride of London cruise boat.

Terms and conditions
Payment due within 20 days from received invoice. If you are prevented from coming, a colleague can take your place. If you have to cancel your registration, an administration fee of 10% will be charged. If the cancellation takes place two weeks prior to the conference, you will be charged 50% of the price. If the cancellation takes place one week prior to the conference, total amount will be charged. Cancellations have to be in writing.

Please note: If you have signed ut for the dinner cruise and do not show up, you will be invoiced a no-show fee of 120 GBP. If you cancel your participation within 1 September, you will not receive a no-show invoice.
