Tom Høvik, Head of Analysis, Montel AS
Tom Høvik is Director Analysis Division at Montel AS. He is in
charge of the Technical Analysis (TA) service for the power market and
the emissions market and has also been a part of all the TA courses
organised by Montel since late 2000, which have been attended by several
participants from different markets throughout Europe. He is based in
Bergen and has been with Montel since the start of 2000. In his previous
career Tom Høvik worked as a market maker, customer trader and portfolio
manager within various markets - such as the FX-market, salmon market
and the power market. He is also a member of STAF; The Scandinavian
Association for technical analysts, since 2003 and TA has been his main
practical market tool since 1985
Henrik Mikkelsen, Head of portfolio management, Vattenfall Denmark A/S
Henrik Mikkelsen has worked in the investment industry, FX income
and equities for more then 20 years. In 2004 he joined Vattenfall A/S
Denmark to trade Nordic power. Today he is head of portfolio management
and comments weekly on developments in the Nordic power market and power related commodities both
from the technical and fundamental perspective. Throughout his career he has applied TA as a
tactical and risk management tool.
Johan Ginyard, Psychologist and
Partner, Twoship.com
Johan
Ginyard is a Certified
Psychologist specializing in behavior modification, focusing on
individual and on organizational behavior and performance, especially in
demanding environment. Previously, he has served in the Swedish Air
Force, both as fighter pilot and psychologist, and is still connected to
the aviation industry. Since 2000, he is an active partner in
Twoship.com, running the successful portfolio of pension investments
within the Swedish national premium pension scheme (PPM). At
Twoship.com, he and his partner, T. Larsson, publish a newsletter,
sharing their portfolio strategy with more than 17,000 subscribers.
Further more, Twohip.com is supplying fund trading strategies/analyses
to the Swedish portfolio management firm Independent Investment Group
Sweden AB.
Johan Ginyard has an affiliation with the
Stockholm School of Economics as a PhD student. His research areas of
interest are in the field of financial risk perception/management and
individual and institutional behavior and performance in the financial
markets.
Philipp Kahler, Senior Quantitative Analyst, Intalus GmbH
Before joining Intalus, Philipp Kahler had been
responsible for teh development of trading systems at the proprietary
trading department of a large German bank. He is also author of the book
"Trading strategies" (not only) for extreme situations" and frequently
contributes to various trading magazines. At Intalus he is responsible
for consulting with institutional customers how to develop and implement
trading strategies

from coming, a colleague can take your place. If you have to cancel your
registration, an administration fee of 10% will be charged. If the
cancellation takes place two weeks prior to the conference, you will be
charged 50% of the price. If the cancellation takes place one week prior
to the conference, total amount will be charged. Cancellations have to
be in writing. |
